Police Officer Slaps US Soldier

Oh, you are going to shoot me because you are too pussy to fight me one on one. I had figured that because most guys like you ain't shit without a gun. Kinda like this cop with his gun in his holster who is there to help a victim of a crime then assaults the same victim because he doesn't like his attitude.

Anyone can pick a fight or talk like you with a gun in their belt or back up, but you pussies won't do in unarmed. GUARANFUCKENTEED!

I stopped fighting fair in grade school...now if I have to fight, I fight to win.

Ok, here's the thing...

1. The guy bitches about the time it took the cops to get there...

This pisses the cops off and the situation goes down hill from there.

You have just as much right to bitch to a cop about their response time as you have right to bitch at the manager of a McDonalds...

The cop has no right...0 right to demand the guy stop bitching about the response time.

2. As for the guy being asked to extinguish his cigarette... No problem there, It's a common courtesy thing and technically the officer could claim assault if the guy's smoke came near the officer.

3. As for the "in your face"... It is difficult to tell. The officer has learned to use the camera to his advantage as well as to narrate the scene for future reference.

4. The officer should be not only fired but charged with assault AND battery.

They don't have to put up with verbal abuse or intimidation...the punk did both and then got his ass handed to him...next time be nice :)

He just needed an attitude adjustment, and looks like it worked...

the kid was a punk and in bad need of a smackdown, however, it wasn't that cop's place or right to do it. there was no threat, just a mouthy punk. the cops are not supposed to let emotion into the equation. that's called professionalism.

So you think you will "win" if you shoot a guy who comes up and starts a fist fight with you?

That's not how the law works. Your life and your money will be spent on trying to stay of the the prison system.

Better you just duke it out and if you get your ass kicked, you live to fight another day and your life/money more or less stays intact.

Check it mate they dont work for you, do you understand that ?, you seem to think that because your tax dollars pay for something that you have a right to it. If they worked for you, you could just tell them that they are sacked if they came to arrest you, can you do that ?, NO, because they dont work for you. You realy need to check your rights and look into it further before you just presume something. This is why the people are in such deep shit, they have no idea of whats what.

And again why when someone post with a non US ip do you think that we are not Americans, some of us venture out of the country you know, you should try it sometime, it might open your eyes to how lucky you realy are to have what youve got back home.

Its the wrong message from the cops. It means you never call them for anything.

Takes forever for them to show up and then they arrest the victim.

Power-hungry cops. This man was clearly in shock from being hit and an attempted robbery. The cop is an aggressive jerk who wants to maintain his power in the situation. This is why cops suck. Enforcing the law does not mean you're above it and can assault anyone you want, much less the victim of a crime.

I hope this cop spends just a few days in jail, with the general population. Maybe his ego can be brought back down to size.

2. The only person "intimidating" anyone was the cop getting in this soldiers face.

If you tell them you have the thief at gunpoint they show up real fast...why would a soldier not be carrying a weapon and let two people beat him up and rob him?

With freedom comes responsibility...the freedom of speech doesn't include yelling rape or fire if there isn't one and it doesn't include verbal abuse...

Because the cops would more than likely show up and shoot the soldier and let the thiefs go....

Then you would come in here saying "STUPID SOLDIER shouldn't have tried to do the cops job"..
