I'm usually pretty objective when it comes to these videos, often siding with PD but this time I can't do it.

That cop escalated the situation the second he stepped forward. Sure the kid had his part in this, but that officer is trained to diffuse situations before it has to get physical.

The cop was itchin to lay the smack down and he sure did.

That kid is gonna own that dept.
