The last tsunami that was generated by a Cascadia quake even hit Japan harder than the Tohoku quake in 2011 did. So yeah, I'm more concerned about the PNW than about So Cal. |

[link to earthquake.usgs.gov] there are 3 sumatran, and one nias quake the 3 Sumatran happened within 17, 11 and two minutes of santa Cruz quakes, and the Nias quake happened almost simultaneously with one is the plate twisting? if it is, the area that the plate is confirmed to have started fracturing with those big quakes off northern sumatra must now be being put under big pressure |
