Extreme AWB bans (NY, CA, etc.) - where are the legal challenges?
After reading the latest liberal gun grab intent by CA lawmakers to heavily restrict ownership of alleged AWs and actively applying that to current owners as a sort of "one-up" move on NY's recent AWB ban, I have to ask:

Where are the legal challenges to these types of legislation?

There was certainly a quick interest to file legal challenges to AZ's SB1070 - why not these the same, immediate challenges in the interest of the Second Amendment?

And if they do exist, why are they not more prominent?

Nah - dontcha' know they're scary Weapons of War when in the hands of a law-abiding citizen, but only becomes a glorious weapon of personal defense when in the hands of the policy-makers and those that do their bidding...

But back to the question - where are the legal challenges?
