Re: California Manhunt
If the man who was supposedly kicked by Dorner's superior backed the story, how was it determined that Dorner lied? The LAPD had the burden to prove he lied but his story was corroborated. SO what if all of the thin blue line backed the story?

Not that this justifies killing, especially the childr of his attorney. At least in my view. However, when you have these institutions spitting on things like truth (under oath), honor and morals, then you are going to create monsters like Dorner. Welcome to the blowback, machine.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31799401

No it does not justify the killing. A couple of quick clarifications.

The individual Kicked by officer Evan's is mentally hanidicapped. His Deposition is posted above. This individuals father also told police that his son was kicked in the face.

The 2 people killed were the daughter of Retired Police Captain Kwan? and her boyfriend. Captain Kwan? was supposidly in charge when Dorner was fired.
 Quoting: CowboyEE

Was the man so mentally handicapped he does not know if he was kicked or not? Doubtful to the extreme.

The child was of Dorners attorney who yes was a former LAPD captain.

How was he honorably discharged from the Navy if he was so psycho?

What motive did he have to turn his supervisor in for kicking a man who was down? It only causes trouble to turn your boss in.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31799401

1- he lost his security clearance due to his increasing problems.

2- he was being continually reprimanded and written up by her due to problems on the job, and this was seen as revenge by him to turn her in. He embelished facts about the incident, made it worse than it actually was, and lied.

No, you believe what Dorner wrote.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31799401

No - when you have a paranoid racist problem-maker loudmouth like Dorner who continually creates problems in his own life yet always is blaming everyone but himself, you may on rare occasions have someone turn violent.

The fact that he had isolated himself and removed every single important person from his life through continual conflict should be a clue as to his personal and emotional problems that had developed.

Is the rest of the world the problem, or is Chris Dorner the problem?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33968321

I do not know whos version of the truth is correct. However, the LAPD has put out the kill order. I have not seen anything but a suspisoius internet post claiming to be from Dorner.

I have read the Case files in question, I have watched the deposition of the victom in question.

I have not seen or heard anything from the individual Christopher Dorner.

I do not condone the killing of people. What I do know is that the LAPD is trying to kill Christopher Dorner. Until Christopher either confesses or is convicted in court, I reserve my judgement on him. I am able to make my Judgement on the LAPD, and this institution needs to be dismantled and rebuilt properly. We have no need of corruption in our taxpayer funded institutions.

Re: California Manhunt
As bullets tore through the cabin, the two women "covered their faces and huddled down," Jonas said. "They felt like it was going on forever."

Hernandez was shot twice in her back and is expected to recover. Her daughter escaped with only minor wounds from broken glass.

Though Beck said he does not doubt the women did not hear any verbal commands, he emphasized that it was still possible the officers did attempt to stop the vehicle before opening fire. And, while not commenting specifically on this shooting, Beck said it was not difficult to imagine how officers who were already on edge could make the mistake these officers did.

"As an officer, you look for cues. You know how someone drives normally and then you see someone coming at you slowly, driving in the middle of the street, stopping and starting. That can be misinterpreted," he said.

Beck said he had not yet received a detailed briefing, which typically occurs a few days after officer-involved shootings to give investigators time to collect evidence and put together the basic summary of what happened. But he did say that the gunfire occurred in two bursts: The first came from an officer positioned down the block from the LAPD official's residence, and the second when Carranza accelerated away from the gunfire and toward other officers.

After the investigation is completed, Beck and an oversight board will decide if officers were justified in the shooting or made mistakes that warrant either punishment or training.

Jonas estimated that the officers fired between 20 and 30 rounds. Photographs of the back of the truck showed at least two dozen bullet holes. Neighbors, however, suggested there were more shots fired.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28689320

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Giving the officers the benefit of 'possibility' that he was JUSTIFIED???? OMG! They won't even give Dorner the benefit of 'possibility' that it might not even be HIM! There is NO justification for those officers to open fire on these women - NONE!
 Quoting: BunnyGirl

Lets Count the bullet Holes! I counted 47, but I see an evidence tag on the ground around casings numbered 54.

Looks like 22 and 40 Caliber Rounds were used. Good thing those ladies were short.
 Quoting: CowboyEE

The LAPD needs to be disarmed ASAP! They are more dangerous than Dorner!

It is only a matter of time before the well-bred, well-trained, and disciplined Satanists that have infiltrated our police departments and military decide to turn on the ordinary, peaceful citizens. It is only a matter of time before the Beast attempts to devour the Lamb. But the Lamb's Wrath will come. Evil has its hour. God will have his day.

Re: California Manhunt

Wow have you missed the boat on this! The point of this whole thing is there is NO evidence nor any claimed evidence other than a friggin internet post. This guy has been tried and prosecuted by the media on nothing more than an internet post. And based on that internet post we have police opening fire on innocent people and searching house to house and pulling over searching vehicles on the freeways. THAT is the point. btw just for your benefit I'll repeat here - Dorner received many awards from both the Navy and also from LAPD - how would he get these awards if he mentally unstable.

You need to study a bit deeper and think seriously how any of this story can possibly affect your future or the future of your friends and family if cops are allowed to search without warrant and open fire without identifying what they are shooting at, people are guilty without trial and no evidence required.
 Quoting: BunnyGirl

I understand your point. The PD should have to prove that the guy killed the people they claimed he killed, first, before they go out shooting at him. My point is that I have a little more faith in the PD then that. That perhaps they have the proof? Perhaps not.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11748687

your mentality is exactly what the desired police state prescribes....
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25732701

Just curious. How many people should die, before your mentality changes? Serious question. Should they only bring him in alive?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 11748687

What is this, guilty until proven innocent? You don't even have any proof that this Chris Dorner guy did this, or proof that it wasn't the cops who did this, seeing as their so trigger happy in So Cal to shoot first and ask questions later.

INTERVIEW with DORNAN'S EX-GIRLFRIEND!!!

[link to abclocal.go.com]
 Quoting: goodmockingbird

Wow - if she wasn't afraid before she should be now! Holy cow - no way would I give any interview on tv which would only serve to cause him to become enraged if I were fearing for my life.

But too, they are so trying to make something bigger out of this and I just don't see it. Example - "accused his second grade classmates of starting fights with him" - show me one black person who wouldn't be hurt when called 'the n-word' at ANY age - notice how they can't even say the word on the news because its so bad - but they are expecting a 2nd grader to accept it and take the high road? This is just bizarre! Sorry but that comment doesn't mean anything to me about who he is. Actually thats not true - it tells me he stands up for himself, as he should.

Restraining order against the girlfriend who posts things about him on the internet - probably normal reaction I would think.

Guns around the house - I grew up with guns and don't find this strange at all - some people do this, some don't.

Truthfully I'm still shocked that a cop gets fired for lying - wow if thats the way its supposed to be there should be a WHOLE LOT more cops fired.......

Exactly!

Something stinks about this whole thing.

Why is the LAPD trying so hard to kill this guy before he has his day in court? The LAPD seems to have assimilated a third-world sense of justice.

Dorner has been found guilty only by Media types like Nancy DisGrace and Anderson Pooper. Hardly convincing.
