If the man who was supposedly kicked by Dorner's superior backed the story, how was it determined that Dorner lied? The LAPD had the burden to prove he lied but his story was corroborated. SO what if all of the thin blue line backed the story?
Not that this justifies killing, especially the childr of his attorney. At least in my view. However, when you have these institutions spitting on things like truth (under oath), honor and morals, then you are going to create monsters like Dorner. Welcome to the blowback, machine.

His Deposition is posted above. This individuals father also told police that his son was kicked in the face. The 2 people killed were the daughter of Retired Police Captain Kwan? and her boyfriend. Captain Kwan? was supposidly in charge when Dorner was fired. Was the man so mentally handicapped he does not know if he was kicked or not? Doubtful to the extreme. The child was of Dorners attorney who yes was a former LAPD captain.
