Are you physic???  well for starters she doesn't have ms office, she is using microsoft works. secondly she stated that the uninstall and reinstall did not work. thirdly i have already identified above that the problems is a common one relating to having adobe distiller printer driver as the main printer or a corrupt printer driver. there?
