The two Koreas are technically still at war. There never was a formal declaration of peace between the two. WRT to S Korea they do those war games with the US every year to rattle the cage and keep tensions high. Anyway, if they do strike in a preemptive way it would have to be very quick and intense. Lots of innocents would die. Man seems unable to use his big brain in a constructive way all the time. The brain has been disconnected from the heart. So sad as it could very well be our ruination, the end of the human species.
