May The Lord surround you with powerful angels who will minister to you and relieve you of all anxiety. May you continually be surrounded by a halo of golden, soothing light. Turn to prayer and meditation when feeling overwhelmed by life. I find lighting a candle in a darkened room, and deep breathing while praying or meditating helps tremendously.
