You don't want to do this for too long otherwise you might damage your iris. What is it that we see in the center? As for me i always see the same thing and its a purple/blueish center with a yellowish/golden Circle glowing around it! Sometime i can see shaky symbols and thunder like lines! Strangly its always the same pattern! By applying slightly more pressure then releasing the pressure i can see very sharp and clear symbols and image for about 2 seconds in the center of Eye sight.
