this dude sent cooper the coin with holes in it showing him how good of a marksman he is. (the police coin for his prior military service that he received.

hence the "I MOA/ 1 MOA" that was written on the tape wrapped around it - MOA is a marksmanship term. 1 MOA being 1 inch at 100 yards.

if you don't know much about shooting you'd think that his marksmanship skills are impressive. However, they are not..the type of precison that he's hinting to, can easily be achieved even by a beginner with optics on his rifle...with the regular sights it is slightly harder. He was nothing special in the Navy Reserves...many soldiers/sailors receive shooting medals during bootcamp or during training courses...that does not make him a character in : Wanted"..you know where you can "bend" bullets...security clearance ? again many get them...nothing wazoo. On top of everything, many cops have military backgrounds and they didn't go all batcrazy like he did...also many cops get fired. Thus I agree with the FBI profiler that this guy is a narcissistic individual with delusions of grandeur. He's nothing but average in his field..or he was...i heard LAPD has a few special forces operators hunting this guy...batshitcrazy's gonna lose.
