Thanks John. I've been very shy of social media, but as you know I've taken this year as Life Part Two after a cardio procedure in November, so now I'm reaching out again, slowly, step by step.

It's been a long journey through deep, deep depression which nearly changed things badly, but a year last Christmas in a moment of clarity I revealed to John what I was going through and the genie was out of the bottle and it wasn't my secret anymore.

The help I received has been amazing, not out of the woods yet, but I've already achieved three ambitions since New Year, including a releasing a single called "Eagle" on i-tunes etc. all by myself from scratch to release.

Last year I faced mortality in ways I'll never go through again, I'm wiser now and know what's happening. Never-the-less, making sure the things I've done reach the people who might like them and have their own lives with, and maximising my living potential in every way I possibly can, that has become a drivng force on my road to recovery.

That's what gets me up and sitting at my desk while I'm unable to work, sometimes at 05:30am. It's all got to mean something again.

I still use the Returner theme for cetain areas, but Life Part 2 is about embracing me for who I am, not hiding behind a persona.
