If the military sent my records(dd214/separation codes/SSN/etc to the wrong person, and that person opened my medical file is there anything I can do? Legal Advice

It's a federal crime to open mail that isn't addressed to you...so the person might face criminal charges. I'm not sure what you would get out of it though.
