As for cost duncicle, per unit cost is high because congress has cut back production so the number of units is small compared to R&D, product development and manufacturing systems designed and built as well as physical infrastructure. Look at it this way dummy. If you design a car and build a factory to make it but only make a dozen cars the price of the program per car will be pretty high, right? /smdh |
