Does anybody feel like they have a spirit following them?

All the time It's normal - lots of people experience this.

However, what kind of feeling do you get from the spirit? That will determine if it's a good spirit (such as a guardian) or not.

Hmm, yeah I guess. Especially in my Aunt/Uncle's old house, it felt like a young woman was there. (Spirit/Ghost)

I wouldn't be surprised in this house either. The other day I had a UFO encounter too, so the feeling of being monitored or watched isn't too far out there IMHO. I don't think about it too much though, otherwise I'd be looking over my shoulder all the time. I think it's important not to fear this possibility as well. Put on a good show. ;)

whats weird about mine is like it follows me, i dont have to be home to know hes there, hes always there.

Maybe a deceased family member? My Mom's a firm believer in that sort of thing. I'm not sure. I like the idea though...

me too!!! once i dreamed about it as well, i could see it behind me.

since then i get freaked out & place a mirror on my desk so i can see behind me. sometimes i will clearly HEAR someone moving behind me, but look in the mirror & noone is there.
