It happened to us 10 miles south of the Mexican border at checkpoint Tijuana. The Federalis had a checkpoint for all north bound cars. They reached in through the window and ripped our cell phones out of our hands and went through them.
Now this shit is starting north of the borders too? Son of a bitch.

Everyone has it all backwards...

Load your devices up with useless crap and let them hack it. Overload the system...

Really... how many people on GLP have anything that is of value to anyone... none of us. We are not who they are looking for - not an external or internal threat to the government or it's people.

But, if they want to look at my devices, and they have confiscated them in the past - and the Canadians still have one of the first laptops I had, an Outbound Mac Clone from the early 90's... go for it. Waste your time... hire 1,000's of agents to look through the data... build buildings and the infrastructure to house these people... go further into debt.

Eventually your police state will crash and you will lose.

Or, see it our way now. Stop treating us like the enemy and leave us alone. Focus on the real threats and we will help you in anyway we can.

Still owe they will take everything you have, your wife and your kids money too, take your house, cars, empty your bank account and investment accounts whatever, even if you are innocent.

With the IRS you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

Only way it would work is if everybody stopped paying taxes at once.

I have personally witnessed agents at strip clubs looking for tax dodging strippers. I know one, they took her house and cleaned out her out.

Know a guy that lost probably a million + because he was running a business with outside contractors when he should have had them set up as employees. After the state and the IRS got through with him he was broke at 65 and starting over again.

Wesley Snipes is no more corporate than anybody else. He just went up against the wrong people. You cant Fk with the IRS and win.

If you owe and you cant pay they will take your shit and take and take with penalties and interest. If tax fraud you will most likely go to jail individual or corporate.

Laws were changed during the Bush admin to make a lot of the corporate world exempt from certain types of indictments. You notice really nobody went to jail for the mortgage crisis, maybe 10 or so, but thousands were indicted for the savings and loan scandal int eh late 80's.

Look around on the internet and you will find plenty of pertinent IRS info and hundreds of horror stories.

This is what happens when you live under absolute tyranny with no protection of rights like we use to have.
"God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787

SNIP

The Department of Homeland Security’s civil rights watchdog has concluded that travelers along the nation’s borders may have their electronics seized and the contents of those devices examined for any reason whatsoever — all in the name of national security.

The DHS, which secures the nation’s border, in 2009 announced that it would conduct a “Civil Liberties Impact Assessment” of its suspicionless search-and-seizure policy pertaining to electronic devices “within 120 days.” More than three years later, the DHS office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties published a two-page executive summary of its findings.

“We also conclude that imposing a requirement that officers have reasonable suspicion in order to conduct a border search of an electronic device would be operationally harmful without concomitant civil rights/civil liberties benefits,” the executive summary said.

We do not have the law of land anymore. We are in great peril.
At the same time, Constitution free means we do not have to obey. No one can require any compliance from anyone in this Constitution free zone. No law, no codes, no statutes, no fees, no taxes.

The reality is that we have been taken over by a hostile force of malicious intent, and our military has done nothing to protect us from this hostile force that uses terroristic tactics on American citizens.

Yep. Most don't even know that fact. You could be a U.S. citizen living in a U.S. city and the DHS can raid your car, home, and now extract information from your electronics with out a warrant and now this new rule states that they don't even need to suspect you of anything.

Enough of this BS.

When this news filters out to the gangs, I'm not sure there are enough law enforcers to deal with what has been legislated. No doubt, with time, the ones who thought up this 100 mile Constitution Free Zone were the most surprised when the fruits of their labors came home to roost. And yes it does stand to reason that international airports and any land abroad designated as Sovereign territory could be considered borders, resulting in the USA becoming a Constitution Free Zone overnight. Just sayin.

Re: ENCRYPT YOUR SHIT NOW: DHS Watchdog OKs ‘Suspicionless’ Seizure of Electronic Devices Along Border (Affects all people within 100miles of border)
Just ordered a battery for my laptop from Amazon. Received a letter from the post office saying they've blown it up as a suspicious object. No comeback no compensation, just a big F you from tptb.
