ANTIOXIDANTS
A huge conspiracy....Few people know why they get sick...
Why? because it is not being taught or done in school,
or at home....
Antioxidants are natural compounds that help protect the body from harmful free radicals, which are atoms or groups of atoms that can cause damage to cells, impairing the immune system, which leads to more serious problems with in the body.
I am going to go through the most common ways in which ya'll can get antioxidants into your body.
The first is Alpha-Lipoic Acid called ALA, a powerful antioxidant, both on its own and as a "recycler" of vitamin E and vitamin C. ALA can restore the antioxidant properties of these vitamins after A and C have neutralized free radicals. ALA help the body to produce glutathione and helps in the absorption of co enzyme Q10.
ALA has been used in Europe to treat peripheral nerve degeneration and it helps control blood sugar levels. It detox's the liver of metal pollutants, block cataract formation reduces cholesterol levels and protects nerve tissues against oxidative stress.
ALA is a metabolic antioxidant, because the cells cannot use sugar to produce energy.
Our body does not produce large amounts of ALA, it is found in spinach broccoli collards, kale, nutritional yeast.

Before I go on to the next antioxidant I will talk about Vitamin A and C Q10 and glutathione....
