I'd like to point this out

eating plants and animals... quite different process

with animals, you must first kill them. cut them up. and cook them.

you're not going to eat raw meat. nor will you eat an animal still living.

plants, fruits, vegetables... some need to be cooked, yes, but the majority that vegans eat? eaten raw. right out of the ground.

i.e., no "denaturing" of proteins, there's a fancy science term for you.

no degradation of nutrients, nutritional value.

everything is energy

from a nature-based standpoint, which do you think we are meant to eat?
