Yes, there are unhealthy vegan diets.

Vegan is probably more than just diet alone though. I wouldn't call the unhealthy vegan diets as being "truly vegan". Because vegan stands for also being a Healthy vegan. The deeper you go, the more you start to learn about what's Really healthy.

Take for instance me. I used to think cabbage or simple lettuce was healthy as an omnivore. Once I became vegetarian I started to eat better foods. Now as a culmination I'm a raw vegan high sproutarian foodist. Now I don't consider lettuce as all that healthy, tofu, or high gluten meat alternatives, unsprouted grain, seed, legumes, etc.

I mean sure.. they might be a step above meat, or if not.. they might actually be a step below some of the more healthy meats. The deeper you go on the diet you'll start to learn more, you reach another level of veganism.

At first like myself, I started with lots of meat alternatives, and processed vegan products. I found it was quite expensive, and I just wanted to stick to some of the basics and try to be healthier because I KNOW highly procssed foods are never going to be as good as the least processed foods. Then I started eating whole foods. On my next transition I started including more and more raw foods until finally I reached a 100% raw vegan. I then did further researched and learned to sprout grains, beans, seeds and nuts, to cut out caffeine, to moderate my carb intake and not be worried about healthy portions of fat. Now I want to learn composting.

So you see with this lifestyle comes different levels of it, and learning. You learn to become self sufficient, sustainable. Etc. It's not just about diet.

But in fact, back in the days, the Ancients I'm sure.. farming and agriculture was THE top priority. Out of diet comes sustenance and all life revolved around diet, which made agriculture, and yes even spirituality. For when we take care of our plants, it's like mother/father taking care of his/her child. It's like "God" watching over us and taking care.

So it's like a gateway to utopian world if you think about it. A world where you see people living self sustainably, in harmony with nature.

Sproutarianism is also like an avenue to learn about agriculture as well. Who knows, maybe further along the path we can learn to create the Ultimate Sprout.

And I'm not talking about GMOs. Fuck GMOs and Monsanto.

In fact you know according to Left in the Dark author.. we are meant to have a symbiotic relationship to plants.

Right now shit is FARKED and people do not have a symbiotic relationship with plants, nature, animals, EARTH, COSMOS, etc.

Vegans get a lot of hate,and I have found it's actually been the meat eaters who take on more offensive roles. I'm just who I am, vegan and I get all sorts of comments that can be considered offensive and yet many of them seem even "scientifically proven" to them.

Ie shit like: "you are going to have trouble being manly, and get bitch tits". or if you're a woman they might say "you'll become andro". Vegans say none of that stuff to meat eaters.

Just eating a vegan meal in front of omnivores, and saying nothing or doing nothing else they get offended. What's up with that?

I never sound pompous or arrogant, I always try to be cautious. I was once an omnivore as well, I can be understanding.

Actually shamans have said they communicate with plant spirits and say that the plants actually like to be eaten. The fact is there is a symbiotic relationship with plants and they have different nervous systems then ours. It's obvious that a plant doesn't cry like a pig does when it is cut. Same as human.

So plants have the understanding that there is a relationship to benefit from with humans in that we can further their evolution. We propagate them, we feed them. But we don't see any violence to us for the most part as long as we are virtuous and we are spiritually attuned. In plants are a message of peace and sustainability.

the plants also help us in our evolution.

With flowers, fruit, seed, grain and nuts.

The fruits are meant to be eaten.
