For anyone traveling full time around the U.S. it is getting harder and harder to find places to park overnight for free.

Go to a truckstop man. They have large lots designated for overnight use. They're full of trucks, RVs and cars sleeping a few hours.
The truckstop operators have them for a reason. They want you to use them. People come there to park and sleep, they buy breakfast at the diner before they leave. They get cigarettes and more beer and fuel. They'll be happy you're parked in their lot and nobody will fuck with you.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 13525787 I do often. In fact, I spend many night there. However, I shouldn't have to. To be honest, Canada is just as bad or worse than the states concerning this issue. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14802299 In BC by law you can camp anywhere on crown land for up to three weeks provided you build no structures. Then you have to move on. BC also has a fantastic recreation site system although in some districts that has been privatized and you now have to pay. The current neo Liberal government tried to do away with them when they first came into power but in a lot of areas people fought back. BC Hydro also provides an amazing system of free campgrounds.
