Yes public land is suppose to be the peoples land.
Quoting: ~IS~ You are correct. I do not want hobos and scammers parking on my public land. I don't mind having hobos parking on MY public land at all. After all. WE paid for it, didn't we? I have no problem whatsoever with my fellow Americans making use of it if they need to, or just WANT to.
