I have noticed. I have to leave my apartment often because of noise, bad neighbors and there is no where for quiet,privacy safe areas to just park and read or to meditate.
Signs are being put up as you said. Posted, no parking no this no that.

any public place where I live like beach parking,the police are always there watching or camera's watching.
Funny how though they seem to be watching the innocent people more then the ones that need to be watched..
