Maybe its because of all the cars parked all over that have been abondoned. Or the gangs that shot at public services workers.

If the plow broke the tires and radios would get stripped out.

We here in Canada break out the shovels and the kids and shovel ourselves out.

Everybody does the space in front of there homes and pretty soon the street is cleared. Better than waiting around to get saved. Save yourselfs.

People are fucking stupid. Snow storm of the century. They can hardly keep up. They only have so much equipment and everybody wants there's done right now.
