wouldn't it have been easier for Noah to bring in just a few and let them "evolve" into the variety of life we have today???

or is it testimony that God created each animal "according to its kind"- preserved each animal during the flood "according to its kind" and today we still have all these animals existing ..."according to their kinds"

yes, so, two of each animal, that's still a lot of animals he brought in the ark! God preserved each "kind"

hence the ark was three levels to accommodate them all

Well it's not sensible for Noah to put the rabbits beside the tigers now is it? You don't want animals stored in food chain order!

Also i'd assume that mammals, birds, reptiles were stored in areas of the same groups

Read Genesis 6.

The fallen angels were the 'sons of God', who came to earth and mated with the 'daughters of men', females on earth. They were led by Satan, who was jealous at all that God had created. Satan wanted to BE God, which is why God kicked him out of heaven, and the third of the angels who followed Satan.

Satan was jealous at the creation God had made, and decided he would do some creating of his own. He and the other fallen angels mated not only with the females on earth, but also with female animals. Creating monsters, giants, and etc.

God was horrified, and brought the big flood to destroy all that Satan and the fallen angels had created. Noah and his family were a pure line, so God had him build the Ark, and take two animals 'of their own kind', along on the Ark to rebuild and replenish earth. God didn't want any of the monsters etc that Satan and the fallen angels had created. Noah picked just two of each of the animals that God had originally created. And life began again.

but the fallen angel camp weren't wiped out, Goliath for example.

I'm interested in the importance of WATER in the bible, as a sort of conductor if you will between dimensions. for example, the red sea closed and drowned the egyptians, the flood destroyed many fallen angels etc, the swine that ran off the cliff in the new testament with 'legion' in them ran into the sea. also, jesus walking on water i feel has a strong meaning, that he was conquering both the spiritual and physical worlds, what do you think?

True, some remained. The fallen angels were punished, but God allowed some to escape, and their punishment postponed.

Yes interesting, the importance of water in the Bible. It's used symbolically in at least three different ways. Here's a good link that goes into better detail than I can at the moment.

God's blessings to mankind during the thousand year reign of Christ are illustrated by water:

"And he showed me a river of water of life, clear as crystal, flowing out from the throne of God and of the Lamb and down the middle of it's broad way. and on this side of the river and on that side there were trees of life producing twelve crops of fruit, yielding their fruits each month. And the leaves of the trees were for the healing of the nations"- Revelation 22:1, 2

You know what's an interesting idea too, that when the Israelites finally went into the promised land remember there were giants etc already there, (fallen angel genes/dna) and they had to kill them. Perhaps then part of the fallen angel plan was to interbreed with the Israelites, that way then the blood would not be pure and Christ could never be born (as Mary's dna was needed too.) This is why I suppose anyway the fallen angels were so intent of settling in the land and trying their best to stay there.

Yep looked at your link, pretty good. I just wish more emphasis was put on the significance of water. It's mentioned sooo many times in the bible!

I was actually thinking the other day, this is an interesting question. Do you think people will eat in heaven? I originally thought no, that the tree of life in heaven etc was a metaphor, but after jesus rose and before he entered heaven he ate fish and waled through a wall, which proves he wasn't in human form so to speak, what do you think?

well, the blessings of the healing of the nations in Revelation applies to the earth. It is here on earth we need healing- don't you agree?

here is another nice scripture about the thousand year reign of Christ on earth:

>>>"And the spirit and the bride keep on saying: "Come!" And anyone hearing say: "Come!" And let anyone thirsting come; let anyone that wishes take life's water free"- Revelation 22: 17

God created everything, even the laws of science. He is able and has superceded these laws, whether using natural means or no means, to cause His will to be done. If God can cause two of every kind of animal, estimated to be 1800, to enter an ark to ride out a destroying flood, He also can keep them from eating each other.
As Kent Hovind so intelligently pointed out, God took little pink and blue animals onto the ark. They were not voracious killers for at least a year.

On the water question. As most of the Bible uses an event or a condition of fallen man, water can be used by God to destroy or heal. Context is the key.
