My money is the caffeine buzz they get from going through their arse. Neat fact, your colon will absorb fluids and go directly into the blood stream and bypass your kidney/livers. You can actually put booze up your fanny and get wasted because it doesn't get filtered, a lot of people die because they drink their "normal" amount from down below and die of liquor poisoning.
