As I said to Andrea in an email...I don't think she was lying or embellishing.
Considering there was another example of someone claiming to be someone they were not on that day...(John Voket's quote from Dawn Hochsprung)...I think it's entirely possible Andrea got her quote from someone who was only claiming to be Sally Cox.
Why? I don't know.
What I do know is that someone with the background of McCarren doesn't put her reputation on the line by making stuff up on live national tv.
Nor does someone like Voket only guess at the identity of someone he quotes in the paper.
My guess is they were purposely mislead.
Quoting: swansong 36472815 McCarren may not have known who the school nurse was, that's possible. But Voket surely would have known who Dawn Hochsprung was. I don't see how it could be possible that he could have been fooled by an imposter.
