I´ve lived there. The top vid is from a super market that is certainly in Venezuela, although I´m not sure what other S.A. countries also. The devaluation will not effect the people there as much as you may think. It will not effect the price of fuel, nor any locally produced products in any substantial way. Most of the people there who aren´t affluent live on lots of flour based products, local chiken and beef, and local vegetables bought fresh from farms delivered daily. Only the price of their Coca Cola and Doritos will go up.
