We, the United States, were at war with them during the Korean war..when the war ended North Korea refused to sign a peace treaty...to them they are still at war with us, which is ridiculous.

You keep sanctioning them and cut their economy just because they tested a rocket and nuke, you did it thousands of times and attacked a few country with them, but they didn't.
They are still in war with S.Korea technically, of course they will improve their military and use new stuff.

Its all about hypocrisy of the west and they deserve anything bad coming for them.
