IMHO, yes. On-call 365, 24/7. For example, if the action in question involves a death penalty scheduled for midnight on a Sunday, etc. The court is on call right up to the time/date, in case new evidence is discovered.

I think all this has been pre-planned to create total chaos at the same time. The dollar will be devalued to near zero, economy will grind to a halt, possible asteroid impacts, all happening while we are having a crisis in leadership...or I should say, a lack of leadership.

Yeah...that's the plan....economic destruction along with sudden lack of food, money....leading to mass starvation, rioting...cops and DHS are planning for that....total chaos...and bringing down the pres along with all of Congress that supported him and those that refused to act against him...they will all be considered traitors to a country that will essentially cease to exist....all at the same time.

I've always believed that Obama was put in place knowing that he would be deposed at just the right time to add to the chaos.

I will post the pictures and video clip of today’s protest in front of the Supreme Court. A reporter and videographer for Adam Kokesh recorded a video and it is being edited as we speak.

A reporter who covered my case in Kansas was there and did a lengthy interview.

My supporters from Tennessee, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, California, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and DC were there.

It was a successful protest. Some supporters stated that they would like to be there on the 15th as well. If you want to protest on the 15th, please, contact me.

Did you notice how he tried to emphasize 'We are citizens' at the end of the speech?

He knows this is coming up. He promised the earth in that speech knowing he is on his way out.

That way he makes more trouble.

He also said the word 'leak' by accident.

He gave a big shout out to Michelle as well .. knowing he is going to destroy her and the kids.

The Judges aren't even showing their signatures.

'This is absolutely insane. Signatures of judges are not something private or confidential. all of them aside from Kagan were judges in other courts, they signed orders, we know how their signatures look like. What are they hiding? Did Justice Kennedy ever see the application in Noonan v Bowen? Did he really deny the application originally? did he affix his signature?

Justices of the Supreme court decide life and death cases and people cannot see the signature of the judge. Something needs to be done about it. This case is a case of life and death of the Republic, of the U.S. Constitution, we have a criminal with forged IDs in the WH and the clerks refuse to provide the order with the signature of the Justice who supposedly read the application and denied it.'

The Judges didn't turn up for his speech.

Maybe Justice Kennedy doesn't want to go down in history for defending a fraud.

That would be a motive for not providing his signature.

i wasn't paying close attention, but i did see chief justice roberts at the SOTU, and actually shook hands with barry before his speech.

There was a large group of high School students, who wanted to know the truth, we showed them the documents, the students we bright eyed and were absorbing the information, however their Obama-Nazi teacher told them to stop talking to us and leave. The students said that they will look up on the net. Other people said that they will look up on the net.

Judge robert, Chief Justice, should be removed as he fails to make sure this hearing isn't a farce, unless his lack of action is to force this whole fiasco to be taken down due to no law shown to apply!

Both Sotomayer and Kagan should recuse because there participation is clearly in disregard of 28 USC 455. They are basically saying, laws don't apply to us as judges!! What do they have to lose, if allowed not to recuse they can keep the farce going forward. Thus, the only way they will be removed is through legal action or American Revolt. What do they have to lose? If obama remains, they remain.. If obama loses they are gone!!!

See what happens tomorrow.
