Man your battlestations!!! CISPA’s back: Hacking, online espionage resurrect cybersecurity bill
The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection act (CISPA) will be reintroduced before the US House next week following a spate of cyber espionage and hacking attacks. Civil liberties advocates have criticized the bill for violating privacy laws.

The House Intelligence Committee’s Chairman Mike Rogers (R-Mich.) and ranking member Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger (D-Md.) will attempt to breathe new life into CISPA on Wednesday.

They killed Aaron Swartz to reintroduce this and so he wouldn't be in the way of stopping it.

The same spirit that made Aaron Swartz fight the good fight lives on. It can never be defeated. There are now many Aaron Swartz's. We'll continue the fight, each in our own way. The good ALWAYS wins in the end.

The intention behind this bill is obviously shown in plane site. No matter how much the private sector want's to privatize parts of the internet. The privatization in its entirety wont be accomplished.

Not that this bill wasn't going to be re-introduced anyway, but we can thank Anonymous acting as a catalyst for the re-emergence of CISPA. Anonymous are a bunch of dorks that don't really do anything, so every couple months Anonymous make a dopey video and dress up in that gay looking Guy Faux costume and talk about possessing power that they don't actually have. If Anonymous had any power, they would have exercised it after the death of Aaron Swartz. Instead, all we got was "we hacked some files, but we're not going to release information contained therein." Anonymous are nothing more than a bunch of societal rejects, who desperately want attention and do more harm than good to the citizens they claim to represent. Anonymous will never air out the dirty laundry of government because they don't have know-how and or spine to do it. Anonymous are a complete and total failure.

Anyway, the Patriot Act and NDAA of 2012 passed, this bill will get approved sooner or later. Most likely sooner. Remember, "they" hate us for our freedoms.
