Pineal gland detox while having mercury fillings

I wont be able to get my mercury fillings taken out for a few more years but I desperately want it to be detoxed, I remember when I was able to think clearly and imagine things in beautiful ways but now I feel dull,lifeless,and I blame the filing's for my depersonalization. If anyone knows a way that I can detox without harming my self more with the fillings I have in my mouth now would be greatly appreciated :)
