That is uncomfortable for sure, doubly so in front of your parents. I had the same thing happen once when we were a on family vacation to California. I was about 17 and we were in San Francisco walking down the street and we stopped to listen to some street performers playing guitar.

This faggot slithered up beside me and started dancing and giving me the eye. I though, that's fucking nice, right in front of my parents. Not to mention the guy was about 30.

I was a little different back then, more polite, less likely to initiate a confrontation. I just ignored the guy and eventually he went away. As we walked away I said to my mom and dad, "Did you just see that?" My mom started laughing and my dad said something like, this is San Fransisco, famous for more than just Rice-A-Roni.
