Society needs cops, cut and dried.It`s a frustrating job I`m sure, most of the time they deal with the scourge of the community everyday and that would eventually condition most people to be uncaring angry pricks.That`s how people are, they are influenced by there interactions and experiences.It`s like steering a car,some cars steer too sharply, a little turn of the wheel and you`re in the ditch,and some cars you have to turn and turn the wheel to get the car to turn where you want it to go,but eventually it turns, they all do.Same with people,some have a higher tolerance to outside influences and some have no tolerance. I think what they need is mandatory 3 year psyche exams to determine how they`re holding up and to determine how they view the public at large,with disdain, with respect, or with indifference.Of course some of these guys are just punks who shouldnt be wearing badges,and that`s why a independent non bias review board needs to be set up to review police actions. I would bet hardly any of these police were punished for there actions,even with the video that shows what they did.Why? because police investigate police and cover each others asses.That needs to stop. I understand, if a crackhead or rapo is talking shit or resisting arrest I`d beat em too, but far too many innocent people are being assaulted by police, and we don`t need bullies in that line of work, people need to be able to trust them,not fear them.
