To say that one can be free as long as they are not free to rule themselves as they see fit is YOU being inconsistent OP.


If one has absolute freedom, that does not insinuate that everyone can ACTUALISE everything they wish to do, because free will means that someone can come along and force you to choose otherwise by violence, threat or other means.

This is an expression of free will. What you must be aware of here is the finer point that if you choose to enforce YOUR rules of right and wrong behaviour onto racists, homophobes or whoever, then it is YOU claiming to take the freedoms away from people to be and do as they wish.... not specifically them [claiming to be taking the freedoms away from people].
