The Shining(1980) - A revelation about Life
The final scene of this awesome and scary movie always brought this idea to my mind....remember that scene, where it shows a picture in the wall, of Jack Torrance as the hotel manager, in 4th July 1921?? Well, the story happens in the early 80's, so how was Jack in a picture of 1921??

Well, this have a deeper meaning, from what I understand.....the truth about life. There is no such thing as reincarnation. We live in different times, simultaneously. You are here, now, in 2013, and there is others "you" in different times living the past and the future. When you "die" here, in the present, you can wake up in the past or in the future, in one of these "you".

This is mind blowing, but is what I believe. Life is like a dream. Death is a wake up. When you go back to life, you go back to another dream.

The article, about the intriguing photo in the Stanley Kubrick's flick:

Haven't heard of that one before. So maybe that's why people say this life is like a blink of the eye. It's only a dream of a past/future self?

It's a good theory. I think we must keep our minds opened to every possibilities.
