Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 33574022 United States 02/11/2013 03:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Thats just for a little part of BC in the area north of Kamloops. BC is way bigger than that. LOL Quoting: Anonymous Coward 8796451 Thats all central to Williams lake along one small section of highway corridor. Thats not even the Highway of Tears where all those girls were murdered. You would want to watch for contracts for Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Thats where all the large population is. The crows would make short work of the population in the North. Did you go to the site and check all 15 separate orders??? each order lists about 5 to 7 cities!!! so do the math |

Please get a mod to pin please Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33574022 no you don't this it not the way conspiracy operates hence no conspiracy if you look you will find that this is not unusual Ok it lists well over 200 cities on 15 separate orders.... how is an inquiry from GOVERNMENT MINISTRY OF JUSTICE asking for private contractors to supply COLD STORAGE transportation, COLD STORAGE warehouses and vehicles without markings normal? I have never seen anything like that. Each city has it OWN Morgue and Corner to take care of the small amount of deaths that occur over a period of time. Why so many contractors??? hmmmm? Use your head man |

I myself have not gone through this with a fine tooth comb so I just wanted to get the info out as soon as possible for others to look more deeply into it. I hope we can get some good researchers to let us all know what this means. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 33574022 United States 02/11/2013 04:45 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The Contractor must: a. Respond to requests for Call‐Outs within the Geographic Area on a twenty‐four hour, seven days‐a‐week “on‐call” basis; b. Arrive at the death scene within 30 minutes of having been called out to death scenes in Penticton or 90 minutes for all other areas unless specifically directed to arrive at some later time by the Coroner at time of Call‐Out; c. Ensure each deceased person be covered with a shroud or body bag, which will remain intact with the deceased person. The shrouding may be of plastic material. Body bags and shrouds must be BC Coroners Service approved; d. Transport deceased person(s) to a site directed by the Coroner within the Geographic Area (often the nearest local hospital morgue); e. Have some method of two‐way communication with driver and/or attendant at all times. A cellular telephone would be acceptable; f. Respond to requests for Call‐Outs outside of the Geographic Area where the Contractor is the nearest qualified supplier at the Fee‐Schedule rate. Response times in this case will be on a best‐efforts basis; g. Ensure two (2) persons (driver and attendant) attend all Call‐Outs unless otherwise directed by the Coroner; h. Ensure each person attending a Call‐Out will be presentably dressed in either a suit or appropriate sports jacket (or weather appropriate jacket) including shirt and tie; i. Ensure that its employees are sufficiently trained and familiar with completing necessary morgue documentation, morgue access protocols, and awareness of general police and Coroner protocols at a death scene; j. Follow direction of the Regional Coroner/Coroner with jurisdiction; k. Ensure all vehicle drivers hold and retain a current valid BC Drivers License and comply with all requirements of the Motor Vehicle Act; l. Be registered with WorkSafe BC/ Workers Compensation Board in which case WorkSafe BC/WCB coverage must be maintained for the duration of the Agreement. Prior to receiving any payment, the Contractor may be required to submit a WorkSafe BC/WCB Clearance Letter indicating that all WorkSafe BC/WCB assessments have been paid; m. Ensure that employees of the Contractor demonstrate (by their conduct and appearance) professionalism, respect and sensitivity to the entourage of the death scene; n. Ensure that vehicles utilized to carry out performance of the Agreement (vans would be considered ideal) are in good repair and are properly equipped to carry one or more deceased persons (such as a stretcher or similar device) and stocked with necessary personal protective equipment. Contractor should be prepared to submit vehicle for inspection by a Coroner at any time throughout the term of the Agreement; o. Possess at least one vehicle equipped to transport two bodies, so as to better service multiple fatality scenes; p. Refrain from soliciting ancillary services while engaged by the BC Coroners Service on a Call‐Out. Unsolicited inquiries by family members of the deceased concerning funeral services must be referred to the Coroner; q. Remove or conceal company names, logos and other identifying markings on vehicles, uniforms or body bags when performing Call‐Outs for the BC Coroners Service if there could be any perceived marketing advantage for ancillary services provided by the Contractor; r. Not intimate that vehicle drivers or attendants are employees of the BC Coroners Service and provide Contractor issued photo‐identification to staff performing the service showing the Contractor name; s. Submit copies of criminal record checks for its employees at the commencement of the Term of this Agreement and notify BC Coroners Service of any staffing changes as they occur throughout the term of this Agreement and supply criminal record checks for incoming employees; t. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 33574022 United States 02/11/2013 04:50 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | A “Unit” means the removal of a single deceased person from a location within the Geographic Area and transportation to either the morgue at Penticton Regional Hospital, or some other site directed by the coroner also within the Geographic Area. If this contract is fulfilled in the midst of a mass die off it will be the only part of the infrastructure that continues to work. Governments do not waste time preparing for megadisasters. This is something else. Police crackdown? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 31735180 Canada 02/11/2013 04:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 2012 DA14 is supposed to come from the south, and it "were" close enough to hit, it would be in the northern atmosphere. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31735180 Seems they know something we dont after all. do you think that a meteor strike would leave many dead bodies lying around? Not at ground zero, im not stupid, but if it were to strike a population area of many 10,000s there would be many bodies to be removed in periphery. We should look into emergency drills in the region for that time period. |
Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 33574022 United States 02/11/2013 04:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | OP don't worry, it looks like a normal bid they probably send out every 5months to a year to get the best price. All buyers do this for every business. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25225980 In fact, this makes sense if you work in purchasing. ok... let me put it this way. There are 15 orders... each order is for a number of cities at least 5 or more. So that is close to 100 different cities all at once. Why would they need to supplement their corners? Are they expecting a mass influx of dead bodies? BC only has a population of 4 million... that is the WHOLE Of British Columbia. |
