Let me first start by saying that I don't agree with the man's actions. While he may have been wronged, innocents have become victims allegedly at his hand, and to alot of people that removes any justification whatsoever that he may have had. Now that being said, the whole thing fascinates me. Not the actions of him or LAPD, but the reactions of those uninvolved.
It seems that for the most part, there are 2 kinds of people when it comes to this event. Obviously there are those "Kill all pigs" types but I don't think anyone takes them seriously, I don't.
Group 1 seems to think that he is a demon no matter what happened to him and that his killing completely destroys any sympathy he may have deserved.
Group 2 agrees that what he is doing is wrong, but can understand after reading his manifesto that LAPD may have some complicity in this whole thing. People who have been driven to the edge and have nothing to lose have no problems exacting their own revenge.
Which group do you fall into?
Which group do your friends and family fall into?
The whole thing is interesting to me not just because of Dorner, but because people are freaking out. Those who have lived their whole lives protected, are starting to realize just how thin that veil really is. One man has basically frozen one of the largest police agencies in the world and if he has his way, he isn't even warmed up yet.
I fear that this event will bring out the copycats, far more than any school shootings we have seen. How many people has the system beat down until they have nothing else to lose? How many Christopher Dorners has our own legal system created? |

I believe that corrupt cops are attempting to murder dorner and he is only resisting that attempt. Any innocents he is claimed to have murdered are false accusations in an attempt to further demonize him and lay a weak and pathetic case for executing him on sight. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 12735638 Sure, why not #3? I wasn't saying more don't have different thoughts, was just saying what I had come across mostly. I'm more interested in the psychology behind it all. It seems to be affecting people far away from California more than it should. |

the only fact we have now are some people are dead and the lapd are shooting innocent people without proper investigation
i belong to a group that i would like to believe it when i see proofs/evidence ..for all we know this guy be be long dead before all of this shit |
