Checked out the web site. Nothing about the Welch paper. It may be that the press release is what showed up at Rense.com. However, Oates bills himself as the 'discoverer' of reverse speech. He also alleges that the reverses described by Welch and Co are not there. However, I don't see any method, or if he even has those particular speeches in the press release. If he didn't do THOSE VERY SPEECHES, then he has nothing to say. It might not show up in other material that he has. If he managed to get them in a day or so, he must have had help. Now WHO would want to help him out? And why?

Besides, he GUARANTEED that there would be "no attack in April". That is fascinating all in itself. The guy doesn't seem to be a competent scientist if he is going to make blanket statements based on an ABSENCE of information. SCIENCE doesn't work that way.

This is obviously a turf war, and may become a pissing contest, but since I have been told it will NOT happen based on an ABSENCE of data (type II error for you budding young scientists) then I guess nobody should worry.
