Yup.. took a nap a few hours after waking up yesterday. Has to do with the magnetosphere, extra protons bombarding the earth.

I am trying to lose weight after gaining 50 lbs quitting smoking...

I have lost 20 lbs by I taking adderall, which is an amphetamine, to go on long multiple hour bike rides daily...

The last week or so... I take one... And it makes me sleepy...

Yes! You bet! Been tired, stiff, sore, aching neck/back/shoulder muscles for about 2 months! I posted couple months ago, bout having a severe sinusitis bacterial infection. Prior to Xmas, right through to Jan.29th. Had to take 5 days antibiotics which helped; still not feeling like myself or having any energy. Yes, I said it came from "Chemtrails" back in Sept/12.
Been kinda sick ever since, and especially broke loose Saturday prior to Xmas! Worst ever! Wanted to die is how it felt! Something/Someone is trying to weaken and control us I believe! Had to take muscle/back pain pills tonight, could no longer stand the pains! WTH!

I read the thread today about Vitamin D3 and realised that I had not been taking my Vitamin D3 supplements, which may be why I have been feeling sluggish.
