Most of us remember Karol Wojtyła and know the difference between his influence and that of Joseph Ratzinger. “Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future...” |

Quoting: far&away Most of us remember Karol Wojtyła and know the difference between his influence and that of Joseph Ratzinger. What about Ratzinger being forced out? Surprise , surprise that's nothing to what more stories we'll be hearing in the coming days, it's popcorn time. Personally I do not care what people or the media have to say, it's always a similar pattern, just only the subject that will be different. “Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others. Past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future...” |

It's no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society. |

If Peter the Roman becomes the next Latin Pope then we may see the fullfilment of the ideas of Fatima. If the Canadian Cardinal becomes the next Pope we will see a transfer of economic power to Canada as well as the UK, the downfall of the Republic and Pece will Bloom all over the world. Peace to the world. Remember that the Former PM of Britain converted to the faith and that Canada has joined its Embassy to Britains, taking a step back from PM P.E.T of Canada in the 1967 step away from the Mother land. As for me I will continue to try and serve God although I am the worst of sinners, I cannot seem to follow all of his commands although as I age I seem to be able to walk a bit better on the narrow road. |

They just bitch and moan about everything... And then they get to a new church (if they ever even choose to look for one) and find out there are just as many problems at the "new" church.. |

This is a significant event - in that the Catholic church never does anything on the spur-of-the-moment. My guess is that the vatican was aware of this coming event for some time and with the Pontiff's agreement, decided today was the day to announce. The Pope's health has been failing, and he had even stated, in one of his books, that when a Pope has reached the point that he is Pope, in body only, and unable to 'completely' lead the church, he should step down. And so, he has. Practicing catholics will wait, and pray, for the next Pope to be selected. |
