I live in Texas and almost everytime I go to a public restroom there is a mexican in there taking a shit.. at least the ones I see coming out

While I am bagging on the Mexican, let me say this... my wife is a JR teacher and many kids cant speak english, and she and the school are expected to have good grades from them... wtf ! Oh and back to the ones stinking up the restrooms, I have never seen one wash his hands.. the worst is when you go to a restroom at a resturant. Thanks dude
