I remember that there was voting machine in the swing state of Ohio in 2004 with 5,000 Bush votes on it before the elections even started.
I wonder why Americans still put up with this. Probably because they only think it is bad when the other party is doing it.

Forth, there are crap stories floating around, so it is hard to distinguish fact from fiction. There is never any debate about the integrity of the elections over here because: 1. You do not register to vote. Everybody is in the population register and gets a card in the mail. 2. You have to show a government provided photo id when voting. 3. Votes are counted in the presence of people of different political parties. It is not that difficult to get it right. Both Democrats and Republicans are doing this, and they are the parties in power, so it will not change as long as they remain in power. Another bell ringer!!. The system is corrupted.
