I remember that there was voting machine in the swing state of Ohio in 2004 with 5,000 Bush votes on it before the elections even started.
I wonder why Americans still put up with this. Probably because they only think it is bad when the other party is doing it.

Not sure how rampant this is. Even if I knew, how could I change it? And even if people started being elected "fairly" how would they be any different? defeatist attitude, maybe. I prefer realist.
