You are committing the logical fallacy of assuming that "the children" ever even existed -- at least with such identities as claimed -- and are not merely the result of photo-compositing, like say for instance, photos of one of "their" alleged siblings, taken at various ages, into the photos which form the basis (and limited extent) of your knowledge of them.
