what if NK were secretly enriching enough uranium for like 200 h bombs, how would we know? all of a sudden, they have intercontinental missiles, they have 200 h bombs to put on them   because our intel of NK is not oblivious to that amount of raw enrichment; and they've never tested thermonuclear tech. I'm SURE they watch centrifuges with a very discerning eye.
That's the problem with NK, no one really knows what they are doing there.yes, just like how Saddam enjoyed throwing babies out of appartment windows while his soldiers would catch them on their bayonets down below.  You might want to research, much has come out in the last few months.
