Nukes that can level cities can be moved about by automobile. Quoting: Lu 34224775 I dont want Iran or North Korea to get nukes, and I would support whatever measures it requires to stop them. It's would be impossible for North Korea to deliver any nuke like that. They can't do anything. NK 1-10 bombs US. 3000 bombs |
Limpan User ID: 1474973 Sweden 02/12/2013 03:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | No South Korean preemptive strike ... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33344268 There is a risk of war now or not ??? No way !! Only if they once again would do an attack like the bombardment of the islands couple of years ago. I doubt south would accept that one more time. But this will not trigger anything |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 14151487 United States 02/12/2013 03:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Let me get real for a second. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32831941 Apparently they have 6-12 bombs. They say they're "much larger" than the test ones (meaning probably somewhere around 20-30kt). Obviously it changes things, and it is serious but someone correct me if I'm wrong... If they hit the US with these 6-12 bombs (which they wouldn't waste all of them on), lives would be lost but they wouldn't put a dent in us, they would be out of bombs, and they're fucked. Is this correct? You are correct. They can't do anything. US would take them out from the air in a day We don't know their capabilities of getting nuclear warheads on a missile. There are a lot of questions and a lot of good reasons to think they are further along than anyone things. It's been confirmed they sent something into space and it obtained orbit. Here is a great timeline of the nuclear issues with North Korea. If you read this, you will see why there are questions as to how far along they are and how far they can get a missile. We do not want to be in a nuclear war with anyone. [link to www.armscontrol.org] |

That is all true, but North Koreans aren't allowed to travel and it would be highly suspect if they were allowed to start traveling the world now all of the sudden. |

And how the hell would they be able to do that? You know there's a big ass DMZ between the two koreas right?? The only way for NKorea to nuke Seoul would be to put the nuke on a plane... then take every plane they've got and overwhelm the SKorean air defense in the remote chance that the plane with the nuke makes it over Seoul unarmed and is able to drop the bomb. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 33464940 Canada 02/12/2013 04:53 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | North Korea tests their nukes all the time. Although, this is a bigger and more advanced nuke. What we really need to worry about is them selling the nukes so they can be detonated in the U.S.. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34205137 North Korea is TPTB and China's little communist/marxist/fascist social side experiment. They are studying how to starve and control the masses. I'll be damned, we do still have some smart people in the US certainly not you or the poster you replied to. |
