Put the map on satellite mode and zoom way in, that area is all empty forest in the mountains, so scan around those mountains to see if there's anything that looks like a big tunnel entrance for their underground testing

But if you look at this map, they have a big red dot and all of the other dots around the world are small and yellow.

The ring has been active, more likely yes it's related to the rash of activity over the last couple of weeks...but who knows.

South and slightly east of the red dot on satellite mode there's a road that leads to a few buildings and what looks like a tunnel entrance.. So maybe it was the nuke test
