The judge forgave teen who flipped him off after she apologized sincerely.

Maybe he realised he should not have cranked up $5k just because she responded with adios instead of goodbye.

However it is good he gave her a chance to appeal the decision and that he was sympathetic to her case.

Thanks for the clarification of her crimes.

Hopefully this will stop her from going down the bad road she was on. I think both she and her family got a needed wake up call.
