Makes you wonder why the US is letting them get away with these tests...
Maybe they should send in Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld to look for WMDs!

I hear you, but, why agree and promise at all then? Why not just say NO and go about their business? Well its because we keep giving food and money. The want their cake and to it eat it too. Who is the stupid one here? Clearly its us, because we keep making the same mistake with them, and they keep making out with goods and keep developing as they so desire. In fact, we do need to do something. I am in favor of them giving us back every damn red cent we ever gave them, earned by all of us! I will take my settlement check.
