Wheels within wheels. It all goes back to a relatively few franchise holders (often family money) held in TRUSTS and TAX FREE FOUNDATIONS. These people then have their toadies placed everywhere to control everything in their favour.

This is the reason why it's all falling apart. The corruption runs so deep that when "the law of nature" start to regain it's hold, the catastrophe is hard, fast and epic.
